Who is considered a carrier?
A carrier is a person or company who owns the assets - the trucks.
What does it cost to join Ofload?
Joining Ofload is completely free. There are no platform fees and signing up takes just a few minutes.
How long does the onboarding process take? 
The onboarding process can be completed in a matter of minutes. Make sure to have your ABN and insurance information handy as you will need to submit these before you can begin accepting loads.
What kind of work does Ofload have available? 
Ofload works with a range of industries and has some of Australia’s most reliable shippers requesting loads on a daily basis. Ofload is always looking to expand its fleet of owner operators, regularly offering work to businesses with tautliners, heavy trucks, refrigerated pantechs, LTL providers and more. We operate around the country, including along the East Coast, servicing all major cities and transport hubs, as well as regional and remote work. 
How does Ofload allocate work? 
In our onboarding process we will request that you submit some information about your fleet so that we can get in touch with you when we have loads that you may be interested in. We also have a Marketplace where you can browse and bid on available loads from verified shippers to keep your trucks on the move. For high performing carriers we offer contracted work when available. 
Do I need to provide my own trucks?
Yes. Ofload’s carriers need to supply their own equipment, including prime movers and trailer sets. During the onboarding process, please make sure to note your fleet's capabilities so we can offer work to you that suits your fleet. Companies that do not supply their own equipment will not be eligible for work with Ofload. 
What are Ofload’s payment terms? 
Ofload has a range of payment options available and will vary depending on your preferences. Standard payment terms are 28 days from POD submission. Carriers can also take advantage of Ofload’s FastPay solution, allowing you to get paid within 48 hours from delivery. FastPay, powered by Butn is available for Ofload loads as well as any loads completed from outside our network. Terms and conditions apply.
How can I get in touch with Ofload regarding a shipment? 
Ofload has a dedicated support team staffed with transport experts based here in Australia, and is available from 7am to 9pm to weekdays to assist you with any support requirements you may have. We are an end-to-end transport provider, and as such our service doesn’t end until the load has been safely delivered and you have been paid for your service.
How can Ofload help me grow my business?
Aside from offering you loads that suit you, Ofload has a range of tools that can help you grow your business and ensure you are making the most of your fleet. We have a range of digital tools including an easy-to-use mobile app to help you track your fleet, telematics offerings, and a range of industry partnerships which can save you money and time. Our carriers also get access to FastPay, our 2 day payment solution helping with your business’s cash flow needs. 
Is Ofload compliant with the NHVR and Chain of Responsibility requirements?
Ofload is fully compliant with NHVR and CoR requirements. Our operations team is staffed with transport experts who take the safety of all parties who work with us very seriously. We do our part to ensure that all work is up to standard and that your drivers arrive home safely.
