Ofload Awarded B Corp Certification, Recognised for Environmental and Social Impact Across Australia's Freight Network

SYDNEY, 20 MAY 2026 — Ofload, Australia's leading digital freight platform, has been awarded B Corp™ Certification by B Lab, one of a handful of digital freight platforms globally to hold the designation. The certification recognises Ofload's work tackling one of road freight's most stubborn inefficiencies: approximately 30% of heavy vehicle journeys on Australian roads run empty, generating avoidable emissions and cutting into the revenue of small carriers.
Ofload and the Ofload platform address this by matching available carrier capacity with shipper demand in a smarter way, enabling owner-drivers and small operators to take on return loads that would otherwise be out of reach. The result is fewer empty kilometres, stronger financials for small carriers, and thousands of tonnes of CO₂ eliminated from Australian roads each year.

B Corp Certification, administered by global non-profit B Lab, requires companies to meet independently verified standards across environmental performance, worker wellbeing, community impact, customer accountability, and governance, and to recertify every three years. Ofload is among a small number of digital freight platforms to earn the designation.
Key outcomes recognised through the certification include the elimination of thousands of tonnes of CO₂ annually through reduced empty running; FastPay and fleet management tools that give small operators faster payments and improved financial visibility; real-time audited emissions data that helps enterprise shippers meet Australia's 2026 mandatory Scope 3 disclosure requirements; and the completion of one of Australia's earliest dedicated heavy-vehicle electric truck lane pilots, run in partnership with major FMCG companies.
Looking ahead, Ofload has committed to renewable fuel partnerships, financial and wellbeing programs for long-haul drivers , and continued development of zero-emission freight infrastructure.
