Geoffroy Henry is the founder and CEO of Ofload, and a driving force behind the shift to a smarter, more sustainable and efficient freight industry in Australia. With a background leading operations at HelloFresh and managing last-mile logistics at BeCool, Geoffroy saw firsthand the inefficiencies and fragmentation across the supply chain - and set out to build something better.

Since launching Ofload, he’s led the company from early-stage startup to one of Australia’s leading digital freight businesses. His focus is on solving real industry problems: reducing empty kilometres, improving supply chain visibility, and helping businesses decarbonise through actionable data and technology.

Geoffroy’s approach to leadership is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and long-term thinking. He believes sustainability isn’t just about cutting emissions - it’s about running freight more efficiently, reducing costs, and creating value across the board. His belief in initiatives like the Carbon Analytics Platform reflects that mindset: practical, measurable, and built to move the industry forward.

Known for his big-picture thinking and people-first approach, Geoffroy brings a mix of operational grit, commercial focus, and genuine care for the teams and carriers that power Australia’s freight. He encourages bold thinking, calculated risk-taking, and always keeping an eye on what’s next - because the future of freight won’t wait.
